UK: 2-4 business days delivery. Please note that our products have a 1-3 working day processing time, meaning you can expect your delivery within 3-7 working days. Orders are dispatched Tracked 48, unless Express delivery is chosen at checkout. If you require special delivery, please contact us at info@mindfulmantraembroidery.com

Rest of the world: We ship internationally to the rest of the world within 10-14 business days for Standard International Delivery, or 7-10 business days for International Tracked/Signed Delivery. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order. Please note that if you do not order with tracking, we cannot be held responsible for any lost items, nor replace them.

My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?

In the UK, if you haven't received your item within 14 business days, please contact us on info@mindfulmantraembroidery.com. 

For the rest of the world, contact us after 20 business days on the above email address.

Please note that if you do not order with tracking, we cannot be held responsible for any lost items, nor replace them free of charge. However, do send us an email at info@mindfulmantraembroidery.com if you believe your order is lost so that we can open the necessary claim with Royal Mail.

Delivery costs

In the UK, delivery costs range from just £1 to £3.50 for 1st class or Tracked 48 delivery, depending on the item weight. Free shipping is available in the UK for orders over £30.

In the rest of the world, delivery costs are around £6+ for standard shipping and £10.50+ for your order to be tracked, depending on the weight of the package.

Upon adding items to your cart, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated. 

Customs

Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of any additional customs charges for overseas orders placed with us. Once items have left the studio, we are unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country being shipped to. If you have any questions about this, please pop us an email and we will assist wherever we can.

From 13th December 2024, we will not be shipping to the European Union or Northern Ireland

Unfortunately, due to the introduction of the GSPR, we are unable to ship to the EU and Northern Ireland from 13th December 2024. We are working to change this and hope to begin shipping to our EU/NI customers again soon!

Damaged items

If an order arrives damaged, please contact sales@mindfulmantraembroidery.com as soon as possible with a clear photo of the damage to your item so we can deal with this for you. If an item is damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
