Just over 5 years ago you'd have found me in my so-called 'dream job', exhausted, soul-less and dispirited. I could see a bleak future of misery and dread ahead of me.

That wasn't what I wanted for my life.

Whilst I loved my studies, let's just say that the real-life-lawyerin' just wasn't for me.

Art has always found me at the lowest parts of my life. Creativity runs through my veins, thanks to my incredible mumma! From drawing and painting to needle felting and paper cutting, I've given it all a good ol' college try.

But, then came embroidery, and I fell head over heels in love. I swapped studying + lawyering with stitching + creating, and never looked back.

Little did I know, that needle and thread would be my one-way ticket out of that endless burnout cycle.

More importantly? I realised that making time for myself didn't need to be hard, and embroidery didn't either!

All it takes is carving out small pockets of time to dedicate to yourself, to do something more creative with your time, more fulfilling!
