Delivery Times

UK: 2-4 business days delivery. Please note that our products have a 1-3 working day processing time (excluding Made to Order), meaning you can expect your delivery within 3-7 working days. Orders are dispatched 1st Class and Tracked is available too as Express delivery. If you require special delivery, please contact us at info@mindfulmantraembroidery.com

Rest of the world: We only ship internationally to the EU, US and Canada within 4-7 business days for Express Delivery, or 7-14 business days for Standard Delivery. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order (excluding Made to Order products). Please note that if you do not order with tracking, we cannot be held responsible for any lost items, nor replace them.

 

My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?

In the UK, if you haven't received your item within 14 business days, please contact us on info@mindfulmantraembroidery.com. 

For the rest of the world, contact us after 20 business days.

Please note that if you do not order with tracking, we cannot be held responsible for any lost items, nor replace them free of charge. However, do send us an email at info@mindfulmantraembroidery.com if you believe your order is lost.

Delivery costs

In the UK, delivery costs range from just £1 to £3 for 1st class delivery, depending on the item weight. Free shipping is available in the UK for orders over £20.


In the rest of the world, delivery costs are around £6 for standard shipping and £10.50 for your order to be tracked. 


Customs

Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of any additional customs charges for overseas orders placed with us. Once items have left the studio, we are unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country being shipped to. If you have any questions about this, please pop us an email and we will assist wherever we can.



Damaged items

If an order arrives damaged, please contact sales@mindfulmantraembroidery.com as soon as possible with a clear photo of the damage to your item so we can deal with this for you. If an item is damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
